• For Path Sanstha/Cooperative services, you represent that you are an authorized representative of the institution.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with us.

• Not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or data.

• Respect applicable financial, cooperative, and IT laws in India when using Sahakarmitra or SahkarSetu.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload servers.

• Using our Services for fraud, spamming, or unauthorized marketing.

• Uploading unlawful, obscene, or harmful content.

4. Venture-Specific Disclaimers

a) Dracoweb

• Dracoweb provides digital, AI, and marketing solutions.

• Outcomes (SEO ranking, ad conversions, etc.) are best-effort and not guaranteed due to external factors beyond our control.

b) Sahakarmitra

• Provides digital & marketing solutions to Path Sansthas.

• We are not a financial institution and do not issue loans or handle deposits.

• Cooperative societies remain fully responsible for regulatory compliance, financial decisions, and loan disbursement.

c) SahkarSetu

• SahkarSetu is only a digital directory platform.

• Listings are based on information submitted by cooperatives or sourced from public records.

• We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy; users should verify before relying on any listing.

d) GenXLabs

• GenXLabs is an AI innovation lab under development.

• AI outputs may be probabilistic and should not be considered professional advice.

• Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use.

e) Advaults

• Provides ready-to-use Canva ad templates.

• We do not guarantee ad performance; outcomes vary by campaign, platform, and audience.

• Buyers may not resell or redistribute templates outside the terms of license provided.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All logos, trademarks, website content, AI models, templates, and proprietary software are the property of Patil Ventures or its licensors.

• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased products or subscribed services.

• Copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Payments & Billing

• Payments for Advaults templates, Dracoweb projects, or Sahakarmitra solutions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in agreements.

• All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways; Patil Ventures does not store sensitive payment details.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Patil Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Services.

• For Sahakarmitra & SahkarSetu, we are not responsible for financial losses, loan defaults, or reliance on directory listings.

• For AI services (GenXLabs/Dracoweb), users acknowledge outputs may be imperfect and assume responsibility for usage.

• Liability, if established, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service/product.

8. Data Protection

• All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Cooperative data (loan records, Aadhaar/PAN verification, CIBIL scores) is processed with strict confidentiality.

• AI-related inputs may be logged for service improvement in anonymized form.

9. Third-Party Services

Some Services may integrate with third-party APIs (Aadhaar, PAN, CIBIL, Canva, etc.). Patil Ventures is not responsible for third-party service availability or terms.

• Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Kolhapur, Maharashtra courts.
