  • We do not use customer data to train public AI models without explicit consent.

  • Sensitive financial and cooperative data (via Sahakarmitra) is never shared with external AI systems.

  • GenXLabs anonymizes all prompts and logs within 12 months.

  • AI systems are aligned with DPDP Act (India), GDPR principles (EU), and best practices in data governance.

3. Fairness & Bias Mitigation

  • We continuously test AI systems for biases across language, gender, community, and region.

  • Our AI is designed to avoid reinforcing harmful stereotypes.

  • Special care is taken in cooperative finance (Sahakarmitra) to ensure loan/credit AI tools do not discriminate unfairly.

4. Human-in-the-Loop

  • AI supports humans, it does not replace them.

  • All critical business, financial, and cooperative decisions remain under human authority.

  • AI is used to enhance productivity and insights, not to fully automate sensitive decision-making.

5. Responsible Use Cases

We deploy AI only for positive impact, including:

We explicitly prohibit the use of our AI for:

  • Misinformation, propaganda, or harmful content.

  • Deepfakes, disinformation, or deceptive media.

  • Surveillance that violates privacy rights.

  • Discriminatory or exploitative financial decision-making.
