4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must:

Provide proof of purchase (transaction ID, invoice, or receipt).
Describe the issue in detail along with any supporting evidence (screenshots, communication records, etc.).
5. Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
Services partially delivered but not completed.
Projects where initial work or consultation has already been provided.
