Refund Policy

At Patil Ventures (including its venture Sahkarmitra), we strive to deliver the highest quality services and digital solutions. We want our customers and clients to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our services and products, we follow a structured refund policy.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request will be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment – If a customer is charged twice for the same service/product due to a technical error.

  • Non-Delivery of Service/Product – If the purchased service or digital product is not delivered within the promised timeline.

  • Service Not as Described – If the delivered service/product is materially different from what was agreed upon in writing.

  • Technical Issues – In case of system errors where the product/service could not be accessed due to our fault.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Digital downloads (eBooks, reports, templates, or software) once accessed or downloaded.

  • Customized services (such as website development, app solutions, or consultancy) once work has been initiated.

  • Third-party services, subscriptions, or integrations purchased on behalf of the client.

  • Delay caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, documents, or approvals.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Send an email to Connect@patilventures.com within 7 working days of the transaction.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (transaction ID, invoice, or receipt).

  3. Describe the issue in detail along with any supporting evidence (screenshots, communication records, etc.).


5. Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider.


6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Services partially delivered but not completed.

  • Projects where initial work or consultation has already been provided.
